A Nice End for the Month
This week, sales were pretty decent than I hope for. I thought I was a goner. But all came fine. Things like scammers still linger around the place at got a hefty amount from the sales profit.
When my attitude was like last year, I could have freaked out but I did not. I guess I learned to let go of things like that easily for now on. I think that I have to learn from those mistakes and avoid doing that again. Overall, most of my goals have been met.
Next few months, I hope that I meet my projections and hopefully, I could get out of debt and help out more.

Almost Got Punked Today
There are a lot of people this days who are very greedy. They try to outsmart other people for there own comfort. It almost happened to me today yet again. Luckily I was very much aware of that persons gimmick.
The person approach me to buy some chicken breast and thigh. Though that person is always buying from us, it is always suspicious. That person claims that \she already paid a five hundred peso bill and always ask for change. And it didn't happened just this once. It happened twice before this incident. She thought a third try will work again but it didn't. I saw her movements getting and waving a five hundred peso bill on her hands while I was busy chopping her order. It also happens that another customer is right before her. After the first customer left. She hid the bill on her other pocket pretending that she already paid. She asked me for another set of thigh and some chicken liver to boot. Before I could finished her order I checked on my money present in my apron to make sure no five hundred bill is present. At the time I finished the order and handed it to her, she asked for large bags for her other things. I waited for her to pay and asked her to pay up. She may already noticed that I know what she is thinking and left her things and fled the scene with an alibi.
That person uses people's niceness for her advantage. Unluckily for her, I foiled that attempt. Next time she approaches, she'll get what she deserves.

Winning by Disrespecting
Today, I saw the Mayweather-Ortiz bout at free TV. One of the most controversial bouts I've ever watched since the Mike Tyson days. While Maymeather led the first 3 rounds, Ortiz tried to rally back in the 4rth round by landing a flurry of punches. While Ortiz tried to get back at Mayweather, he was caught with an intentional headbutt while he was assaulting Mayweather at the ropes. Joe Cortez(the referee) immediately seperated them and deducted a point on Ortiz. Ortiz quickly appologized to Mayweather. The rest was quite uncalled for.
While in the middle of the ring, Mayweather and Ortiz embraced and touch gloves. Before Ortiz moved away, Mayweather unleashed a left hook followed by a right straight knocking down Ortiz. The bout ended in four rounds after Ortiz couldn't answer the 10 count.
The fight's conclusion was a disappointment since Ortiz only showed some kind of sportsmanship by apologizing to Floyd for the headbutt but in return, Floyd gave him a cheapshot to get the win. This was even more disappointing that the fights wherein his wins are because of the scores. Floyd is the winner no doubt, we could not change that but for boxing fans and enthusiasts, this was a letdown. He could have dominated Victor Ortiz or even knock him out in the latter rounds, but he chose the easy dirty was out. Mayweather showed more arrogance during the post fight interview. While he was right at some point, his actions were not a mark of a true champion making him degraded even more. I hope Manny Pacquiao destroys him if their megafight becomes a reality.

(Brain) Freezing
I found this manhwa series by chance when I was busy searching for manga with the same genre. It's quite addicting to read but not if your not in legal age.It contains violence, some ecchi, romance and some psychological issues that made up the plot of this manga. It holds up to the plot if you like these kinds of stories.
This series was written by Dall-Young Lim (of the Unbalance Unbalance manhwa)and illustrated by Kwang-Hyun Kim. This series is still not finish and still being serialized. I only read the fan translation of the series in popular manga sites which as of now has about 56 translated chapters. Searching further, raw scans are already at chapter 74. It has still to see a US release since it has quite a lot of violence and too much skin exposed(but who knows).
The series was also adopted to an anime. It follows closely the manhwa's plot with some modifications and a ton of.... well, you should watch it for yourself to find out.
