Viconde Massacre Final Verdict

Yesterday the final verdict on the Visconde Massacre of the Supreme Court was delivered. The decision was Hubert Webb and the other accused in the case was acquited due to the technicality as well as failure of the prosecution to prove that the people accused of the crime were guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

This news was unexpected, but for me, it was a case of the mistakes of the prosecution that brought them to this results. The evidence had too many loopholes, The star witness's credibility was questionable as well as the most important evidence disappeared. In the end of the day, the prosecution screwed themselves for not doing their job properly and accurately. If the evidence was subsantial from the start it would have been the other way around. Instead, they came down with this result. They should bare with the results since they were the ones who made the errors from the start.
