The Return of Corruption

Today marks the return of a corrupt mayor in our little town that's supposedly loss the last election. It's a shocking event that this person returned to power since the last election was automated. It was a ridiculous decision of  the Judge who handled the case. It was rushed and has no logic whatsoever. It seems that a little money under the table was involve in this matter.
Now, it's over. Our town will once again be plague with a lot of stealing and robbery of local funds. That mayor doesn't know how to govern the town. He only knows how to take the tax payers money and make it his. He is like a dictator that could fabricate his own truth and use the power of his money to blind other government officials to do things on his favor. In the end, only the people suffer even further.

Holiday Rush

This month marks a long profitable weekend for businessmen not just here in my place but all over the world. Christmas and New Year's eve are two of the most profitable times all year round. Now that it's a weekend,  business sales is expected to double especially at New Year's Eve. For me, it will be a long battle starting before dawn for mostly preparations and orders until maybe before midnight(if my mom gets too much goods to  sell). If all goes well, we won't be spending the whole day in the public market(I hope). It will get ugly starting Friday, but I hope me and my family could pull it out.
